Ordering and payment
Review your food, quantities, pickup times and contact details before paying. Prices, service charges and taxes are shown before payment. Stripe processes payment; we do not store full card numbers. An unpaid or processing order is not a confirmed paid order. If payment status is unclear, check the existing order before trying again.
Pickup only
Online orders are for pickup at MongTeng Food Market. Choose each item’s pickup date and time before adding it to your cart. Allow at least 24 hours; store closures and unavailable times cannot be selected. Pickup hours are 8 AM–7 PM Central Time. Use your order confirmation for the store address and pickup details.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact information. Collect your food at its scheduled time, or authorize another person by entering their name. Contact the store promptly if you expect a delay. Missing your pickup does not automatically entitle you to cancellation or a refund; applicable legal rights remain unchanged. Follow safe food storage and handling after pickup.
Allergies and preparation
Our kitchen handles peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, wheat, shellfish and fish. Cross-contact is possible, and we cannot guarantee allergen-free food. Discuss allergies with staff before ordering. Special instructions are requests and cannot guarantee an allergy accommodation.
All sales final
All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded for change-of-mind requests, except as required by applicable law or expressly provided in our No Refund Policy. Contact us promptly about an incorrect, unavailable or unfulfilled order. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate correction or refund where warranted.
Order communication
We use your contact details for receipts, pickup coordination and order-related issues. Email delivery may be delayed; keep your order reference and check payment status when needed. This checkout does not enroll you in marketing or text-message alerts.
Policy versions and contact
The policies accepted for your order are recorded with the order and do not change retrospectively when we update this website. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies provided by applicable law. For order or policy questions, email mongtengfood@gmail.com.
