Information we collect
Guest checkout collects your name, phone number, email address, food selections, quantities, pickup times and any optional pickup name or instructions. We also keep order references, payment status and the time and policy versions accepted at checkout. Please do not include sensitive medical or financial details in instructions.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare and fulfill orders, process payment, send necessary receipts and order updates, coordinate pickup, resolve issues and prevent fraud or abuse. We retain necessary records for business, accounting, security, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Supabase supplies our database, server functions and session services. Stripe processes payments. SendGrid or our configured Gmail sender delivers transactional email. These services receive information needed for their roles. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and technical request logs for delivery and security. Your browser may request Google-hosted font assets.
Storage on your device
Your browser stores your cart, checkout recovery information, favorites and appearance preferences. A guest session helps protect ownership of an unfinished checkout without requiring a customer account. Clearing browser storage may remove these saved details or access to an unpaid checkout.
Website statistics
The website can count page loads in hourly totals without individual visitor identifiers or browsing histories. The counter uses no browser storage and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. These statistics are separate from service providers’ operational security logs.
Sharing and security
We share relevant information with service providers and authorized staff for the purposes described above, and when legally required. We do not sell customer information or use order details to create advertising profiles. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and questions
Email mongtengfood@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or ask a privacy question. We may need to verify the request and retain records required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Acknowledging this policy does not enroll you in marketing. Updates carry a new version and effective date; we will provide additional notice or consent where required by law.
